This week I posted about my first time cooking red cabbage in bacon grease. Admittedly, the final result was a bit bland, but I felt like this could become an easy side dish for our family.
Can I just say Yum?!? I made this the day after I read her comment and absolutely loved it, as did my husband. The combination of the apple cider vinegar with our maple-flavored bacon grease, along with the onions was so good!
