I’ve had a craving for greens, and the kale in my garden seemed just the ticket. I also had some slightly old bok choy in the fridge that needed to be used up.
After washing the kale and bok choy, I chopped them into pieces, along with some garlic. Then I sauteed in olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of butter the bok choy, then added the kale and finally the garlic.
Chopped onions would make a nice addition to this dish as would mushroom. I would add them before the kale.
