If you’re a blogger, you’ve heard that Google’s Feedburner service abruptly shut down this week, leaving bloggers scrambling to find new ways to share their posts with their readers.

If you’re a reader of blogs, you’re probably scratching your head wondering what all the fuss is about. After all, the posts you want to read are still showing up in Google Reader and email.

Yes, they are, and given Google’s silence about Feedburner, I don’t know how long my posts will show up in your email box or Google Reader.

Since I like to write and you like to read and comment, whether it’s from email, your phone, iPad, or computer, I’ve decided to move to Feedblitz to keep all of us happy and chugging along. The thing is, in order for you to continue to receive my posts via email or Google Reader or whatever your favorite reader is, I need you to sign up again. This time with Feedblitz.

My feelings won’t be hurt if you decide not to. Though I think you’ll miss some awesomeness.

I’ll definitely check it out. Thanks! I decided to switch over anyway since I’d like to personalize my feed a bit more.
