We have tons of peppers on five plants this year. I have never had this many peppers! I passed some along to my neighbors, but I still have very full plants.
One of my neighbors suggested sauteing the peppers with garlic in olive oil. I decided to throw in some onions, and now I have a tasty side for my husband and I.
After this batch, I sliced the peppers very thinly and sauteed them alone with the garlic and olive oil.
All my efforts went into the freezer.
