Since my husband is away at a conference for most of this week, I decided to make dinners kids’ choice. I picked up the ingredients at Trader Joe’s last week. For myself, I’ll stick to the gluten-free options already in the fridge and use them up.
Did I mention that I cannot wait for next week when I can spend time in the kitchen again? I’m out three nights this week, plus an event during the day, lunch duty, and two children home sick today. It’s a doozy of a week!
According to the weather report, it looks like we’ll be able to put our first crop in the ground next Sunday – sugar snap peas. I also need to make up some pots of lettuce to start inside and then put on our porch when it’s warm enough outside.
