When I looked at the calendar yesterday for the week, I realized that Lent is on Wednesday which means a meatless meal for Wednesday and our traditional pancakes on Fat Tuesday.
I also realized that I had return the $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook, and the recipe I need isn’t available online anymore, hence the substitute recipe from Good Cheap Eats.
Tuesday – Pancakes, bacon, scrapple
Wednesday – Tortellini, green beans
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Homemade Pizza
- cut up veggies
- No Knead Dutch Oven Bread with sourdough starter
- make 6 loaves of bread
- make cinnamon rolls on Friday for the weekend
- yogurt – maybe, if the yogurt in the fridge is gone
- chicken stock
