At the request of one of my children (it was nice that he requested a homemade version), I made a batch of homemade marshmallows. This is the second time I’ve made this recipe, but I don’t remember the process being SO STICKY!
Maybe it was the raw cane sugar that I used instead of white sugar. Who knows?
Just, if you decide to make these, butter, spray, do what you gotta do to prevent the marshmallow from sticking.to.everything.
They do taste pretty good, though I wanted a bit more vanilla flavor. The recipe I linked to includes lots of photos and tips. It looks overwhelming, but it isn’t.
