I love finding body weight and high-intensity cardio exercises on Pinterest! These types of exercises can be a great way to add a little variety to my regular running routine as long as I’m careful not to pick ones that might cause issues for my ankles. Since muscles respond better to new stresses, you could do one new Pinterest-inspired body weight exercise each day and not get bored.
And, since these exercises use your body weight, no extra or special equipment required – FRUGAL, plus you can do them anywhere. Don’t forget you could do these in your basement during the winter if you’re stuck inside thanks to the snow.
