Even though I have a few crockpots, I’m definitely guilty of not using them nearly enough. My husband has asked to find some crockpot recipes to use during the week when we’re busy at dinnertime. These two recipes might be just the ticket with a few modifications.

Good evening, Barb – hope your day was the best! I LOVE my crockpots! I have three different sizes and use at least one of them every week. In fact, during the summer I will set them up out back, so I don’t heat up the house! Thanks for hosting – enjoy the rest of your week!

I really need to get into using mine. What are your favorite ways to use yours?

That chicken looks good! I admit I don’t use our crock pot as much as I should. I do depend on it a lot more in the summer, because our kitchen gets so hot. :D But in the winter I depend on my oven to warm up the house!
