I shared a chicken soup recipe to boost the immune system. It is also lower histamine than traditional chicken soup!

I didn’t realize traditional chicken soup has histamine in it. Interesting.
It is slow cooking that causes the histamine levels to build. And some ingredients are naturally high in histamine. PS I answered your question on my blog with details about all my posts on histamines.
