Parmesan Yogurt Chicken Thighs
  • 1 c plain yogurt (I used single serving Chobani nonfat greek yogurt)
  • ½ c parmesan cheese (I used parmesan shavings)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp seasoning salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  1. Mix ingredients in medium bowl, and spread over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Megan's Note: I bought four large boneless chicken breasts, sliced them in half, and beat them with a meat tenderizer and then spread the mix over top and bottom of chicken.
