Hot Spicy Artichoke Dip
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 6 oz. jars of artichoke hearts
  • ⅓ cup Pecorino Romano cheese
  1. The ingredients can be mixed by hand in a bowl with a spoon, pureed in a bowl with an immersion blender, or pureed in a food processor. Because I like my dip chunky, I usually mix by hand.
  2. Place in oven-proof serving dish and baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
This appetizer can also be frozen after mixing and before baking.
